Thoughts arise.

Breath continues.

The body acts.

But the ego steps in afterward and says, “I did this.”

Are you creating life?

Or are you witnessing its spontaneous unfolding?

The moment the false doer disappears, action becomes effortless. There is no pride in success, no guilt in failure, and no burden of becoming someone.

Action continues.

The actor disappears.

What remains is pure awareness—silent, untouched, and forever free.
