An Osho-Inspired Meditation
Sit.
Not to fix anything.
Not to change anything.
Just to watch.
Let the anger come — watch it,
the way you’d watch clouds cross the sky.
Don’t call it good. Don’t call it bad.
The moment you comment, you feed it.
The moment you simply see it,
it begins to dissolve.
You are not the anger.
You are not the sadness.
You are not even the wound.
You are the watcher on the hill,
and everything else —
every ache, every old shame,
every voice that told you
you were not enough —
is just traffic passing in the valley below.

Do not divide yourself.
There is no good part and bad part,
no broken part waiting to be repaired.
That division is the wound.
The healing is dropping it.
Accept what rejects, too.
Accept the resistance,
the judgment, the flinch —
accept all of it, unconditionally,
for no reason at all.
This is not resignation.
This is the deepest revolution —
because the moment there is nothing left
to condemn,
there is nothing left to hide from.
You were taught to reject yourself
long before you knew how to question it.
Someone else’s fear became your shame.
Someone else’s rule became your inner judge.
But that voice is not yours.
It was borrowed.
It can be returned.
Stop arguing with it.
Just watch it too —
another cloud, another guest,
passing through the same vast sky
that you have always been.
Total acceptance is not something you do.
It is something that happens
the instant you stop interfering.
Don’t push the river.
Float.
And in that floating,
without effort, without strategy,
without even trying to heal —
healing happens on its own.
