Thought of the Week – 1st August 2022 (3)

The willingness to own back your power now, that it is the mind and the mind itself that is the cause of the illness. The willingness to give up the position of victim. The willingness to re-own one’s own power is part and parcel of the third thing that’s necessary for health, and that is one’s overall spiritual growth and development. It is the overall moving out of these negative energy patterns, the willingness to face truths within ourselves, and the moving into a positive energy field.

Thought for the Week – 1st August 2022 (2)

Too often, as potential change agents we focus on ourselves. We center on the outcome we’re looking for or the change we’re hoping to see. We’re so blinded by the belief that we’re right that we assume if we just provide more information, facts, or reasons, people will capitulate. But more often than not, things don’t budge. And by focusing so much on ourselves and what we want, we forget the most important part of change:
understanding our audience.

Thought of the Week – 25th July 2022

The most significant contribution that prayer makes to our welfare is not the curing of any particular disease, but the realization that we are infinite, eternal, and one.

Thich Nhat Hanh

Thought of the Week – 18th July 2022

You confirm the old because you see it
and because it’s been there,
but until you confirm the unknown or unmanifest, all you will get is all you have had.
